Safe Embrace

A heartfelt path of healing.
Where your body sets the pace.

Welcome to Safe Embrace.
Many people arrive here because something in them longs for a slower, safer way of experiencing intimacy, without pressure, performance, or expectation. For many of us, intimacy has become tied to rushing, performing, or losing touch with what we genuinely feel. This work offers something different: a therapeutic space to explore intimacy, boundaries, needs, and desire with more clarity and presence, in a way that helps you listen more deeply to yourself and to what feels right in your body.

You might be here because…

  • …you sometimes go along with what is happening, even when something in you doesn't feel right.
  • …you've learned to prioritize harmony over your own signals in intimate situations.
  • …intimacy has felt rushed, mechanical, or shaped by subtle pressure.
  • …you find it easier to reflect on your needs than to express them in the moment.
  • …you've experienced intimacy where your needs or emotions weren't fully met.
  • …you long to feel met with slowness, respect, and genuine presence.

Most of us were never taught how to stay connected to our needs and boundaries while in intimacy. Instead, we learned to accommodate, to be easy, or to prioritize connection over our own signals.

Over time, it can become harder to sense what truly feels right in the moment. This work offers a space to reconnect with that. In a calm and attuned setting, we slow things down and listen more closely. Your boundaries are welcomed as guidance, and your needs are met with care, respect, and presence.

What this work is.. and what it is not

This work is…

…a therapeutic, guided, body-based practice that combines conversation, breath, and attuned touch. We work with a clear and consent-based structure and welcome the full spectrum of human experience, including intimacy and sexuality, in a grounded and respectful way.

Each session begins with intention-setting and boundary clarification, and unfolds at a pace that feels regulated for your nervous system. The focus is not performance or goals, but presence, agency, and embodied connection to yourself. It is a space to explore your body, and to practice expressing your needs and boundaries, with respect and integrity at the center.

This work is not…

…a sexual service, a performance-based experience, or an intimate exchange with the practitioner. The purpose of the session is not to please, entertain, or create a specific outcome.

This work is also different from what people often imagine when they hear “tantra massage.” While tantric bodywork may include touch and can work with intimacy and sexual energy, it is held within a clear therapeutic, consent-based, and professional framework. It is not driven by performance, expectation, or outcome..

Sessions & how we work together

Sessions are structured to support safety, clarity, and nervous system regulation. They typically unfold in three phases:

01

Arrival & Intention
(ca. 30–60 min)

We begin with a conversation. You share what feels present for you, and together we clarify your intention, boundaries, and consent. Nothing happens without your agreement, and nothing moves forward until you feel ready.

02

Attuned Bodywork
(ca. 1.5–2 hours)

Through breath, grounding, and conscious touch, we engage the body with care and intention. The focus remains on your sensations, your signals, and your pace. Your "no" is always respected, your "yes" is never assumed.

03

Integration & Grounding
(ca. 30 min)

We close with space for integration: time to rest, to feel, and to let your nervous system settle. The aim is not only to reflect on the session itself, but to support you in carrying new awareness and embodied insights into your everyday life and relationships.

Each session lasts 3 hours. This spacious timeframe allows your nervous system to settle,
your body to open gradually, and the experience to unfold without rushing.

Ethics & integrity: the foundation of this work

Ethics, integrity, and care are the foundation of this practice.
Every session is held within a clear professional framework so that you can explore your body and inner experience with safety, dignity, and trust.
The core principles are:

Respect & Dignity

Every session is held with respect for your autonomy, your body, and your lived experience. This work is grounded in respect for human dignity above all else.

Informed Consent

Every touch is communicated before it happens. You have the right to pause, adjust, or stop at any time, without explanation or justification. Consent is active, informed, and respected throughout.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in session is held in strict confidence. Your privacy is treated with care and discretion, creating a space where you can speak and explore freely.

Professional Boundaries

This is a professional therapeutic relationship. Clear and consistent boundaries create the safety that allows deeper work to unfold. The container of this practice remains defined and protected.

Therapeutic Frame

This work is held within a clear therapeutic framework. Every session is approached with intention, clarity, and respect for the depth and sensitivity of the human experience.

Trauma-Informed Approach

Sessions are designed with the understanding that experience lives in the body. We work with your nervous system, not against it, honoring pace, regulation, and individual sensitivity.

Sexuality, embodiment, & ethical care

This practice recognises sexuality as a natural dimension of human experience, not something to be avoided, shamed, or sensationalised. In many cultures, sexuality has been shaped by silence, performance, or subtle pressure. Here, it is approached with maturity, respect, and clear consent.

If sexual feelings or sensations arise during a session, they are met with the same steadiness and professionalism as any other part of your experience. There is no agenda and no expectation of performance. Rather than being avoided or exaggerated, sexuality is integrated as part of an embodied life, grounded in safety, clarity, and ethical care.

Radu - Practitioner

Hi, I'm Radu

The practitioner behind Safe Embrace

My journey into this work began in my early thirties, when I realized that I had been living largely from my head, disconnected from my body and the signals of my inner world. Although I was outwardly functional, I had little access to sensation, emotion, or felt presence.

Through this work I gradually came into a more honest and compassionate relationship with myself. It helped me cultivate deeper presence in my body and a more conscious way of relating to intimacy, emotion, and connection. I now feel grateful and humbled to offer that same space to others: one that is safe, respectful, and deeply human.

I am a certified trauma-informed tantric bodywork practitioner by the Copenhagen Heart Awakening Institute (CHAI), as well as a certified Circling (Transformational Connection) facilitator. These trainings helped me develop a strong foundation in consent-based touch, relational presence, and deep listening.

When you feel ready, I'm here.

You can take the time you need with this.
