Tantric Treatments · Copenhagen
The practitioner behind Safe Embrace.
My path to embodiment
My embodiment journey began in my early thirties, when I realized that I had been living largely from my head, disconnected from my body and the signals of my inner world. Although I was outwardly functional, I had little access to sensation, emotion, or felt presence.
Encountering people who were deeply embodied awakened something in me. I felt drawn to practices such as authentic relating, somatic therapy, meditation, and conscious movement. Through these experiences, I began reconnecting with emotions that had long been held beneath the surface, as well as with a deeper sense of aliveness and truth in my body.
Along my own healing journey, tantric treatments became more than a modality for healing deep emotional wounds. It also opened the door to a stronger connection with myself, and to a new way of experiencing intimacy and sexuality: one rooted in presence, awareness, and care.
Experiencing such profound impact firsthand naturally led me to this work. What began as personal exploration gradually became a professional path. Today I offer a safe and loving space for others to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and explore intimacy in a new way, rooted in presence, attunement, and care.
Why I do this work
This work has changed my life in many ways. Through it, I have come into a more honest and loving relationship with myself. It has helped me move toward greater self-acceptance, deeper presence in my body, and a more conscious way of relating to intimacy, emotion, and connection.
I believe that meaningful change begins with the relationship we have to ourselves. For me, this work has been a heartfelt path of healing and transformation. I feel grateful and humbled to now offer that possibility to others in a way that is safe, respectful, and deeply human.
Training & professional background
I am a certified trauma-informed tantric bodywork practitioner through the Copenhagen Heart Awakening Institute (CHAI).
My education continues into Somatic Sexology and Couple's Therapy to deepen my understanding of intimacy, sexuality, and relational dynamics.
A relational practice rooted in presence, authenticity, and deep listening. This has deepened my ability to listen beneath words, stay with what is present in the moment, and meet others with honesty, sensitivity, and care.
I am a certified facilitator through Transformational Connection.
My work is deeply informed by many years of my own therapeutic journey. Through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS / parts work), I have learned to meet the inner complexity of human experience with greater curiosity, compassion, and care, qualities that guide how I hold space in sessions.
I remain committed to ongoing supervision and continued education so that my work stays grounded, ethical, and responsive.
What you can expect working with me
In sessions, I am not here to lead you somewhere or to fix anything within you. I am here to create the conditions in which your body can soften and its own intelligence can come forward. This work is guided by presence, clear boundaries, and ongoing consent. Each session unfolds slowly, in dialogue with your nervous system, your boundaries, and your sense of safety.
You can expect to be met exactly where you are. There is no agenda and no pressure to "break through" or perform transformation on a schedule. Sessions are spacious, unhurried, and guided by careful attention to what is actually happening in your body and experience in each moment.
You can expect clear and respectful communication throughout the process. I bring presence, steadiness, and a commitment to doing my own ongoing inner work, so that the space we create together can remain grounded and attentive to your needs.
Above all, you can expect a setting that supports a genuine sense of safety: quiet, warm, and held with care, so that you have the space to slow down and listen to your body in your own way and at your own pace.
